Files are all in STL format and will be available for download in a zipped folder.

What kind of paint should I use to paint 3D models?

Acrylic paint works beautifully on 3D printed models. I personally use a combination of acrylic paint, spray paint, and UV nail polish (yes, you read that right) to get the best finish.
